The flat surface tip of the nozzle, which flattens down the layer, is custom machined to each nozzle size. A small nozzle tip, like this 0.3mm variant, provides high precision for intricate details, while larger nozzle tips assist in the smooth printing of bigger layers. All nozzles in this series are individually identifiable with markings on the flats of the hex head, enhancing convenience during maintenance and swapping.
