The FirstRate FST800-217 is a combined industrial pressure and temperature transmitter featuring a piezoresistive sensor for 0-60 bar gauge pressure measurement and an integrated PT100 RTD for temperature. It outputs a standard 4-20mA current loop for pressure and a direct PT100 resistance signal, powered by a 9-28V DC supply for seamless integration into PLCs, DCS, and industrial control systems.

The FST800-217 utilizes a piezoresistive silicon sensor with a glass micro-melting process, creating a monolithic, leak-proof elastomer structure. This MEMS-based sensing element is laser-trimmed and undergoes comprehensive digital temperature compensation across a wide operating range, ensuring long-term stability and accuracy in the face of thermal fluctuations common in industrial settings.
Designed for durability, the transmitter features excellent resistance to shock, overload, vibration, and corrosion. Its integrated circuitry provides high-efficiency lightning protection and strong immunity against RF and electromagnetic interference (EMI), making it suitable for electrically noisy environments like power plants and manufacturing floors. The unit delivers two independent signals: a scalable 4-20mA analog output proportional to pressure and a standard 2-wire, 3-wire, or 4-wire PT100 resistance output for temperature.
