Description

Many standard 3D printer control boards are not adequately rated to handle the substantial DC currents generated by high-power heat beds and some larger hot-end heaters. This limitation is particularly prevalent in 12V systems, where insufficient current capacity can lead to overheating, component damage, or unstable printing temperatures.

By integrating the MKS MOS25 V2.0 FET heating controller into your heat bed circuit, and ideally your hot-end circuit, you can significantly mitigate these issues. This module is precisely rated for high current applications, supporting up to 25A. It is crucial never to exceed this 25A limit, which translates to 300 Watts at 12V.
