eSUN PA Nylon is a professional-grade polyamide filament engineered for demanding FDM 3D printing applications, compatible with a wide range of FDM printers. This environmentally conscious nylon material is formulated to deliver prints with high strength, rigidity, and exceptional toughness, along with excellent wear resistance. It produces smooth, odorless parts featuring a refined matte finish, making it particularly suitable for functional industrial components where robust mechanical properties and strong tensile strength are paramount.

Compared to conventional nylon, eSUN PA boasts a significantly lower shrink rate and reduced distortion, facilitating high-accuracy prints without warping issues. Optimal print settings include a hot end temperature of 240-260°C and a heated bed at 80-100°C, often benefiting from an adhesive like Elmer’s purple glue stick for enhanced bed adhesion. A hardened or stainless steel nozzle, with a recommended diameter of 0.6mm or greater, is crucial for printing this abrasive material effectively. Maintaining a dry printing environment is essential, as PA Nylon is highly sensitive to moisture absorption.
